Outbound Transportation Services

(Program)

Provides transportation, options and referrals, for individuals with disabilities who are unable to leave their homes without assistance and cannot use existing transportation services. 
 

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents with disabilities of any age who require assistance leaving their place of residence
