(Program)

Provides routine hearing evaluations as well as a Hearing Conservation Clinic to help prevent Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) in soldiers.

Eligibility: Active duty military personnel, their dependents, Department of Defense employees, and retirees; hearing conservation services available for military and civilian personnel; Hearing aids available for active duty military only

Application Process: Walk-in
