Provides evaluations and treatments to individuals diagnosed with upper extremity and cognitive injuries affecting activities of daily living, work, and leisure tasks.

Eligibility: Active duty military personnel primarily, will treat family members, retired military and their dependents, and Department of Defense civilians if appointment slots are available
