Eligibility: Individuals ages 3 years and older

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required

Fees: None; Clients can "pay for" their therapy by doing independent volunteer work in their community with the charity/organization of their choice, in addition, there is an option to do less volunteer hours and pay a low co-pay
