Assists individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment and to support independent living through training, education, rehabilitation, and career development. Provides assessment and placement services with appropriate supports to individuals to prepare for work.
 

Eligibility: Individuals with disabilities that present barriers to employment and who have the potential to work

Application Process: Orientation session not required but recommended; call or go online for application
