Provides information and assistance to veterans, family members, and active military personnel in obtaining records, benefits, and entitlements from the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Services include assisting veterans with obtaining funding, medical treatment or nursing home care
The Veterans Service Agency can also assist veterans with booking the Onondaga County War Memorial space and they assist with adding eligible Veterans to the Onondaga County Honor Wall.
