Poverello Health Center

(Program)

Offers free medical care to those in need who have no other options or financial resources for medical care (insured, under-insured, no insurance). Staffed by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physical therapists.  Offers physical examinations for daycare/school/college. Offers medication access through pharmacy assistance programs and the Poverello Dispensary of Hope Pharmacy for low-income patients.

Wednesday Clinic 5 pm - 7 pm Appointments encouraged, but walk ins welcome.



Eligibility: Individuals in Central New York without medical insurance
Low income individuals (prescription assistance program only)

Application Process: Call for appointment

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: None

Primarily Syracuse Northside, however, services are available to any uninsured individuals
