Family Court Clinic

(Program)

Provides assistance with completing custody, visitation, paternity, and child support petitions. Offers advice and information to drop-in clients regarding family court matters. Does not provide lawyers to go to court with clients, only assistance with filing and information regarding the court process. Offers lawyer referral service for individuals who can afford an attorney.

Eligibility: Low-income residents with a legal family court matter

Application Process: Walk-in

Required Documentation: All existing Family Court orders
