Children and Youth Community Residence

(Program)

Provides therapeutic services in a home-like atmosphere for adolescent boys ages 12 to 18 years while they attend Watertown City School District and their parents are provided an advocate.

Eligibility: Boys ages 12 to 18 years with a mental illness diagnosis, substantial problems with social functioning within the past year, and serious and persistent symptoms of cognitive, affective, or personality disorders

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: Copy of most recent psychiatric assessment, immunization record, educational summary, and IEP (if applicable)
