Eligibility: Current and former smokers who are:
-Ages 55 through 74 years and a 30 pack-year smoker
OR
-Ages 50 years and older and a 20 pack-year smoker AND have one other risk factor for lung cancer
Application Process: Appointment required; call for information
Required Documentation: Call for required documentation
Fees: $90 for CT scan (for patients whose insurance does not cover the service)
